We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Yes, all our residential smokers come with a standard two-year limited warranty covering parts and workmanship, while our commercial models feature a one-year limited warranty.

Do you ship internationally?
